Secret Aardvark is a Portland-born hot sauce company (founded in 2004) best known for its cult-favorite Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce—“a unique Caribbean/Tex-Mex hybrid” of habaneros and roasted tomatoes with the rallying cry “Dump on Everything.”
Beyond the flagship, the lineup spans green sauces, chipotle-hab blends, marinades, and more, plus dozens of easy recipes tailored to each sauce.
