Under the Earthly Gourmet umbrella, Rose City Creamery is launching rich, plant-based ice cream with initial flavours Chocolate and Vanilla.
Foodservice sizes at launch are 3-gallon ice cream and 2.5-gallon soft-serve, with pints in development and more flavours on the way.
