CHILI ROYALE

Chili Royale makes inspired small-batch chili crisp oils in Oregon, with a not-so-traditional take on chili oil built for big flavour and crunch.
Signature jars include Sichuan Sizzle (hot or mild), Calabrian Chili Crisp, and Unholy Molé. 
Founded by Ginger McCabe, the brand also offers foodservice sizes (½-gallon and 1-gallon) and wholesale cases for restaurants and retailers.
