Salt Blade is a Seattle-based artisan charcuterie company crafting small-batch salamis from sustainably raised animal. All sourced from Olsen Farms and produced in a USDA-inspected facility.
Founded in 2013 by former software engineer Bob Blade, the team hand-stuffs, hand-links, ferments, and dry-cures a lineup that spans classic and creative styles.
