RAW Cider Co. is a Willamette Valley cidery in Dayton, Oregon that “works with wild,” fermenting with the fruit’s own native yeast and leaning on mostly French traditional methods.
Their 15-acre orchard tasting room—just outside Portland—pours flights with views; hours are Thu 4–8 pm and Fri–Sun noon–5 pm.
They ship across the U.S., and the lineup includes estate blends and sparkling perry made with foraged pears and English cider varieties.
